How check-in works with us
- Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Please use our check-in terminal for the check-in process. You’ll find it to the left of the entrance door.
- Tap “Check-in” on the screen. Then choose to check in using your reservation number or the last name on your booking.
Please note that you must complete the check-in process separately for each room or parking space. - You will find your reservation number in the check-in email you’ll receive one day before your arrival.
- If you’ve already paid in advance or if payment is being made through an approved third party, you will receive your room key after entering your reservation number or name. If not, you can pay the full amount conveniently by card directly at the terminal.
- Alternatively, you can also pay in advance using a link provided in the check-in email.
- If you wish to pay in cash, this is only possible during our front desk opening hours between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Please note that it is mandatory to fill out the registration form. You’ll find it directly to the left behind the entrance door. Please place it in the designated mailbox to the right of the entrance. Thank you!

Parking
Reservation is required in advance. We have only a limited number of spaces available. You can make a reservation via the “Booking” section.
